Insurance Accepted
While Dr. Rampy accepts most major insurances, he may not be contracted with your specific plan. The list below is subject to change. It is the responsibility of the patient to confirm if Dr. Rampy is contracted with his/her plan.
All copayments and unpaid balances are expected to be paid at the time of service. Self-pay patients are expected to pay in full at the time of service. While Dr. Rampy does not contract with Medicare, he is still happy to see Medicare beneficiaries on a cash-pay basis. Discounts are offered to patients paying cash.
